Data disclaimer

The rates shown are taken from machine-readable files that health insurers publish under the federal Transparency in Coverage rule. We reproduce them as published, after the processing described on our methodology page.

Figures are reference values. They are not a quote, an offer, a guarantee of payment, or a statement of what any clinic, clinician or patient will be paid or charged. Insurer files can contain errors, outdated entries, and rates for services a provider does not perform. Each figure shows the date of the insurer file it comes from.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, coding or billing advice. Confirm reimbursement with the insurer, the clinic's own contract and remittance data before making decisions.

No patient information is collected, stored or shown. Provider names, identifiers and locations come from the public NPPES registry.

Terms of use

PayerSight is in a pilot phase. Access is granted individually, and the terms that apply to your use are agreed when you join. Full terms of use will be published here before paid plans open.

Privacy policy

When you request access we collect the details you enter in the form (work email, company, what you sell, your role), the page you signed up from, and campaign tags such as utm_source if you arrived from an ad. We use them only to contact you about PayerSight and to understand which channels bring relevant visitors. We do not sell them.

If you accept cookies, we load Google's measurement tags to see which ads lead to signups. If you decline, no Google cookies are set. You can change your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
