ACA marketplace plans
Ambetter in 28 states and Oscar in about 20. They are in the data today; the state-by-state list on this page is being added.
Not yet covered
Molina, and the Blue plans of Nebraska, Vermont, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Vision and dental carve-out networks are kept out of medical rates.
Outside the rule
Medicare Advantage and Medicaid managed care plans are not required to publish rates, so no one can show them. Medicare itself is the benchmark on every screen.
